The position will be responsible for creating and implementing the business plan for all operational and financial aspects for both multifamily and commercial properties in intown Atlanta. Responsibilities will include: driving tenant experience, leasing, budget tracking, and analyzing data and financials to push business plans at the properties, and overseeing property upkeep and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with tenants using a hospitality touch
Supervise all property staff
Overseeing the business plan for the property to maximize rental rates, occupancy and NOI
Property level budget tracking
Assist all outside vendors with property issues
Coordinate all work orders with internal staff, tenants and outside vendors

Qualifications
1 to 5+ years of real estate or related hospitality experience
