JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property/Apartment Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of tenants, maintaining the physical condition of the properties, and implementing efficient management practices. You will need tax credit experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Property/Apartment Manager or similar role.
• Tax credit experience.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
