The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations and financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes • Manage, develop, and train employees onsite and virtual assistants overseas • Implement guidelines and procedures for efficiency and productivity • Reconcile financials daily utilizing trust accounting • Knowledgeable and had experience acquiring doors to increase volume. Our property roster consists of 250 doors mainly single-family homes, and condominiums, we are not in a community complex • Excellent customer service skills, active listener, assertive and problem solver • Well-versed in California landlord and tenant laws including evictions • Establishes rental rates by surveying local rental rates to ensure fair & competitive pricing for owners & tenants Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Past sales experience is preferred • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • High School Diploma or GED required • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office Compensation: $30 - $32 hourly
