Responsibilities: • Coordinate on-site operations • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Oversee and work with maintenance staff to beautify property with willingness to be hands-on • Collect current and delinquent rents • Enforce rules and standards of occupancy • Resolve resident/tenant complaints, resident relations • Welcome residents and prospective residents with excellent customer service • Leasing, move-ins, move-outs • Respond to inquiries and process rental applications • Show homes for sale/rent Qualifications: • Knowledge of leasing rules • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Works comfortably in a fast paced environment • Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone • Proven track record of successful sales and management • High School Diploma or equivalent • High School Diploma or equivalent • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet use • Minimum of two years of residential property management experience, no exceptions • Must have a valid driver's license • Must undergo a mandatory background check • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
