Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of assigned properties • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants • Develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets and compile monthly financial reporting • Perform site inspections and manage bidding processes • Attendance at Board of Director meetings (night meetings) is required Qualifications: • Candidate should have strong communication skills, be detailed oriented, and be a team player • Prior experience in HOA property management and a CMCA designation is required • Competency with Appfolio software and relevant databases Compensation: $85,000 yearly
