Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of properties under management to ensure maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction. • Develop and implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and rental income. • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance to uphold property standards. • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements in a professional and timely manner. • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expenses to ensure financial goals are met. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in property management, specifically HOA or Condo Associations. • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • US work authorization. • Experience in managing residential and commercial properties. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
