Role Overview: As a Property Manager at Wander Rental, you will have a pivotal role in supervising property management operations, handling tenant interactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and safeguarding the financial well-being of properties. The perfect candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively oversee various facets of the business. Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties to ensure tenants have high-quality experiences and manage maintenance efficiently. • Communicate effectively with tenants to address concerns, resolve disputes, and cultivate positive relationships. • Negotiate lease terms and rental contracts in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. • Stay informed about California Tenant-Landlord laws, eviction procedures, and fair housing rules, and manage lease agreements and contracts accordingly. • Coordinate with maintenance vendors, landscapers, and service providers to secure top-quality services at competitive rates. • Manage property budgets, supervise rent collection, and prepare regular financial statements, including income and expense reports. • Identify and mitigate potential risks at properties while ensuring appropriate insurance coverage. • Stay updated on local market trends in San Diego, including rental rates, vacancy rates, and zoning regulations.
