Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Property Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring high-quality tenant experiences and efficient maintenance management. • Tenant Relations: Communicate with tenants to address concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships. • Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms and rental contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. • Compliance and Legal: Stay up-to-date with California Tenant-Landlord laws, eviction procedures, and fair housing rules. Prepare and manage lease agreements and contracts. • Vendor Coordination: Negotiate contracts with maintenance vendors, landscapers, and other service providers, ensuring top-quality service at competitive rates. • Financial Management: Manage property budgets, oversee rent collection, and prepare regular financial statements for property owners, including income and expense reports. • Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks at properties and ensure proper insurance coverage. • Market Knowledge: Understand local market trends, including rental rates, vacancy rates, and zoning regulations specific to San Diego.
