Hudson Property Management Services is seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, leasing, and maintenance of a multifamily community. This role involves leading a team, ensuring resident satisfaction, maximizing occupancy, and maintaining financial and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices. • Lead and supervise onsite leasing, management, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation and resident satisfaction. • Manage leasing efforts, including touring, sales, lead follow-up, and occupancy strategy to meet or exceed leasing and renewal goals. • Monitor occupancy levels, analyze leasing trends, and implement strategies to maximize property performance. • Manage property budgets by monitoring income and expenses, adhering to financial goals, and implementing cost control strategies. • Handle rent collection, manage delinquencies, and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. • Prepare regular reports including leasing and occupancy updates, weekly performance reports, and monthly financial summaries. • Oversee maintenance operations, including scheduling, vendor management, and preventative maintenance programs. • Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain high standards for property condition and safety. • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for leasing and maintenance staff. Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred • 3+ years of Property Management experience with significant supervisor responsibility is preferred • Software experience: Word processing, Excel, email, web browsing, and property management systems. • Strong arithmetic as well as excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are necessary.
