About the Role:

Join a thriving real estate company managing commercial and warehouse properties across the Tri-State area and parts of PA We are seeking a proactive and organized Property Manager with construction experience to oversee operations, and ensure smooth and efficient management of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a 3rd-party property management company.

Conduct fieldwork, including property inspections and on-site evaluations.

Streamline property operations and ensure timely and efficient maintenance.

Manage procurement, including sourcing materials and managing the pricing of construction-related parts.

Coordinate with property management teams and vendors for seamless property operations.

Must-Haves:

Proven experience in property management.

Basic construction knowledge, including materials, parts, and pricing.

Energetic, organized, and able to think critically to solve problems.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
