Responsibilities: • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Some weekend and evening hours required • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • High School Diploma or equivalent • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members Compensation: $66,000 - $74,000 yearly
