Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of condominium communities • Conduct board meetings and prepare management reports • Conduct property inspections • Respond to homeowner inquiries • Oversee and/or work with emergency services • Must be versed in financial management • Must be knowledgeable of condominium law, local laws, and company policies Qualifications: • Proven working experience in property management • Property Management designation preferred but not mandatory • Deep understanding of condo law and best practices • Excellent communication and negotiation skills Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 early

    • Manage a portfolio of condominium communities • Conduct board meetings and prepare management reports • Conduct property inspections • Respond to homeowner inquiries • Oversee and/or work with emergency services • Must be versed in financial management  • Must be knowledgeable of condominium law, local laws, and company policies • Must be able to maintain a high level of service in the face of pressure situations that require crisis management
