    Job Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

    • Lease & Tenant Management Administer lease agreements—particularly commercial leases including office, warehouse and yard spaces—ensure tenant and landlord compliance, manage move-ins and move-outs, and deliver high-quality customer service.

    • Financial Oversight & Reporting Prepare monthly budget variance reports, recommend strategies to improve net operating income and cash flow, and manage tenant reconciliations.

    • Vendor & Contract Management Oversee service contracts (janitorial, security, landscaping, etc.), ensure vendor qualifications and compliance, and periodically obtain competitive bids.

    • Construction & Maintenance Supervision Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects, supervise maintenance and engineering functions, and ensure timely project completion and unit turnover.

    • Compliance & Risk Management Maintain compliance with local regulations and safety standards, file necessary reports, and stay updated on environmental and building code requirements.

    • Team & Operations Management Supervise property staff and third-party vendors, manage fire/life safety and preventative maintenance programs, and oversee all administrative functions related to property operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in property management, construction, and team leadership, with a strong focus on commercial leasing, including warehouse and yard leases.

    • Must have the interpersonal skills and presence to interact effectively with all constituencies. A high-energy team player with a “can do” attitude and containable ego.

    • Strong knowledge of lease administration, real estate law, building systems, and financial reporting.

    • Strong networking skills to build and leverage relationships within the community and industry.

    • Professional, dependable, and skilled in vendor and tenant management.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus
