Job description
Busy family-owned subdivision is seeking to train a dedicated candidate with experience in office administration and customer service and a background in property management, sales, leasing and/or real estate. This job offers 3-months (90 days) of intensive property management training to the right motivated candidate.
Successful candidates must become a licensed Manufactured Housing Sales Person within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Selling new and previously owned homes, leasing made-ready units and processing lease renewals
Handling prospect inquires with phone or email, scheduling appointments for unit showings
Pro-actively handling daily administrative and office tasks
Processing rent payments
Tenant Retentions
Commitment to the team
Candidate must have the following competencies:
Excellent oral and written communication
Advanced computer skills with experience in MS, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs
Efficient multi-tasker and ability to prioritize
Ability to learn proprietary software
Outgoing personality, efficient multi-tasker, detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Must be diplomatic, have honed negotiating skills, and be able to dissolve roadblocks
Ability to lift and move 25 lbs
Diplomacy and negotiation skills
