ATI Restoration, LLC is looking for a candidate that is self-motivated and able to be a self-starter. Must be organized and able to handle multiple projects at various stages at all times. Compensation is commensurate with experience. The candidate must have effective communication abilities and be comfortable interacting well with peers and customers. Must have reliable transportation.

    Prior Experience:

    5 years of construction management experience. Must be able to work comfortably with computers.

    Job Description:

    Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

    1. Expand insurance adjuster and subcontractor database.

    2. Must be able to interpret Xactimate and Symbility scopes of work and be able to identify supplemental items needed to complete projects where needed.

    3. Manage and control the entire construction/restoration process for the jobs assigned.

    4. Prepare permit documentation/NOC for submission by permitting expeditor. The office will assist with this process.

    5. Approve payment of invoices associated with your jobs.

    6. Collect and process all payments from the insurance company/owner/mortgage company. Home office will assist with mortgage process. Obtain signatures as needed on paperwork and checks on a timely basis.

    7. Obtain Completion Certificate and letter of referral from homeowner after completion of a job.

    8. Follow-up and correct any warranty items.

    9. Promote job safety.

    10. Update job progress in the Management System with detailed notes in real time.

    11. You will be in an on call rotation with other individuals in the company. You will be on call for 7 days at a time.

    12. Attend weekly production meetings and be able to update and speak to the status of your projects.

    13. After the first year you will be expected to be able to run 1-1.5 million in sales.

    Candidate must be able to pass background check and possess an acceptable driving record as well as a standardized drug test.
