    Trueline is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join their team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The right candidate will have experience preparing RFP materials in an architecture, real estate, or construction firm.

    What You'll Do as the Proposal Coordinator:

    • Collaborate with Proposal Managers and Leadership on qualifications and marketing proposals
    • Gather and organize materials from various departments for comprehensive submissions
    • Oversee proposal lifecycle from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion
    • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism
    • Assist in high-stakes proposal pursuits, aligning with organizational goals and client expectations

    Must-Haves as the Proposal Coordinator:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • 2-4 years of experience in marketing/communications, preferably in architecture or real estate
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Nice-To-Haves as the Proposal Coordinator:

    • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
    • Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
    • Familiarity with the architecture, interior design, or real estate industries
