Protect My Car (PMC) is looking for a solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in St. Petersburg, FL. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You will be providing customer service to those who have purchased one of our extended auto warranty policies. In this role you will be responsible for effectively solving customer issues including but not limited to; providing policy information, claims submissions, processing payments, and changes in policies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hold a complete understanding of the products sold by Protect My Car.
- Maintaine a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Educate customers by explaining the policies that they are enrolled in.
- Navigate through Protect My Car’s in house CRM to ensure files are completed.
- Notate files accordingly for documentation purposes.
- Actively search for a means to resolve conflicts.
- Follow sales procedures when enrolling potential customers into new policies.
- Assist collections support team when needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with manager and colleagues as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ year of CSR experience (Preferably in a call center)
- Strong Communication skills
- Fun, upbeat, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Good with time management
- Strong problem-solving skills
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $16/hr plus commission on any new sales
- Full time schedule 10a-7p plus 2 Saturdays a month
