Our fast-growing Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution center is looking for a result driven Customer Service Advisor to join our team as a key member. Our goal is to provide customers with a Positive experience and to ensure that we understand and satisfy their needs. Customer Service Advisors play a critical role in achieving this goal. They are responsible for providing our valuable customers with accurate information needed in a professional and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary:
- Engage, and befriend customers so that they have a great experience
- Minimize loss by consistently providing Positive experience to our customers and providing fair solutions
- Trouble shoot issues and ensure management knows of reoccurring issues
- Typical Issues Examples Include:
- Desired tracking information or tracking number
- Copy of order, packing slip, or invoice
- Price discrepancies
- Missing parts
- Defective product
- Freight questions
- Enter replacement orders as required
- Expediently return customer request that cannot be handled while on the initial call
- Respond, Resolve, and Record all service ticket issues in proper customer care system
- Remain Positive and professional and work together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and each other
- Be a role model for our values of Positive, Reliable, Ownership, Continuous Improvement, and Winning Pace
Secondary:
- Answer overflow phone calls
- Accurately enter assigned orders
- Perform various sales related tasks
- Send follow up or thank you emails to customers
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Pleasant, enthusiastic voice
- Positive Attitude
- Strong Communications skills and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Multiple software computers skills
- Ability to multitask
Desired:
- Associates degree or higher
- 5+ years of customer service experience
