    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Driving Network Growth & Retention
      • Develop and implement strategies to expand and retain providers.

      • Proactively identify challenges and create solutions to enhance provider satisfaction.

      • Oversee budgets, set KPIs, and drive performance improvements.

      • Lead in-person visits with key providers to strengthen relationships.

    • Leading & Developing a Team
      • Manage a team of six Provider Relations Representatives across Missouri and South Carolina.

      • Provide weekly coaching and performance management to ensure professional growth.

      • Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.

    • Analyzing and Improving Performance
      • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure network success.

      • Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

      • Recommend and execute strategic solutions for network challenges.

    • Enhancing Provider Experience & Resolving Issues
      • Serve as the escalation point for high-priority provider concerns.

      • Lead negotiations with providers to balance business goals and provider needs.

      • Work cross-functionally with other teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

    • Driving Innovation & Strategic Initiatives
      • Collaborate on company-wide initiatives that impact provider relations.

      • Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance network performance.

    Who Will Thrive in This Role?

    • Experienced Provider Relations Professional

      • 5+ years in provider relations, network management, or a related field.

      • Comfortable managing escalations and negotiating with providers.

      • Experience in dental, medical, or insurance industries is a plus.
