Lead in-person visits with key providers to strengthen relationships.
Manage a team of six Provider Relations Representatives across Missouri and South Carolina.
Provide weekly coaching and performance management to ensure professional growth.
Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure network success.
Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
Recommend and execute strategic solutions for network challenges.
Serve as the escalation point for high-priority provider concerns.
Lead negotiations with providers to balance business goals and provider needs.
Work cross-functionally with other teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
