Our award-winning client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team.We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Continuous Improvement Manager to champion a culture of efficiency and growth across our manufacturing facilities. You will lead site-level CI efforts, identify and implement improvement opportunities, and ensure the successful integration of our Corporate Performance System (SPS). This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record in driving successful change initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and embed a continuous improvement culture across designated facilities.
Identify and prioritize key improvement opportunities, driving them through completion.
Develop and implement training programs to establish and support core CI culture and SPS concepts.
Conduct audits to ensure effective use of SPS tools and behaviors.
Provide expertise in Lean methodologies, coaching and training in various CI tools.
Analyze existing operations, propose solutions, and develop communication plans for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
Partner with the SPS Leadership Steering Team to continually improve the framework.
Manage 2-3 sites on their CI journey, including travel as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with an MBA or Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives, with 7+ years managing multi-site leadership a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Expertise in Lean methodologies and a proven ability to train and coach others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, ERP systems, and downtime reporting applications.
Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications preferred.
