Responsibilities:
Research new bid opportunities and identify potential projects with strong fit for the company.
Oversee the entire bidding process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all pre-bid paperwork and documentation.
Work closely with senior management on project details and effectively communicate bid information to internal teams.
Process and distribute all bid changes efficiently, ensuring clarity and alignment with team members.
Handle all insurance-related documentation for project bids.
Maintain all required licensure paperwork for company employees.
Oversee company fleet operations, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance.
Track and manage miscellaneous company-owned property.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in bid management within the construction industry.
Proven experience using construction software programs.
