    Compensation:

    W2 Compensation, Paid Bi-Weekly: To be a Full-time clinician, we require you to see on average 26 to 28 clients per week, and they can expect W2 earnings and a benefits package in the range of $110,000 to $130,000

    Stable Pay Structure: Our pay model is part base pay (which you outright earn regardless of insurance reimbursement) and part clinical commission. We are also open to a salary-only option.

    What we are looking for

    We are seeking to hire a Psy D-clinical psychologist to create and manage our clinical testing program with competency in providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and experience working with pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations. The ideal candidate will help set up a program to conduct diagnostic evaluations, evaluate results, and deliver treatment recommendations in partnership with the client, their natural supports, and associated care team members.

    Major Responsibilities / Activities

    Conduct psychiatric assessments and psychosocial evaluations.

    Provide therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling child & adolescent patients and their families as needed to facilitate behavioral health clinical care management.

    Determine an evaluation plan that would address the referral questions, which may include diagnostic questions, treatment recommendations, and/or needs for special education accommodations

    Write a thorough testing report to explain the results of the evaluation

    Provide feedback to the client regarding the results of the evaluation, and, if requested, coordinate with other providers to share the testing results

    Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

    Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

    Conduct a minimum of 26-28 client visits per week to be considered full-time and receive benefits.

    Required/Preferred Education and Experience

    Candidates are required to be licensed and credentialed to practice in the state of Washington.

    Have a clinical or counseling Psychology Doctorate from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program and must have completed an APA-approved clinical psychology internship.

    Experience with completing psychological evaluations

    Familiarity with working with/within school systems and familiarity with the IEP/504 Process

    Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on time
