    Job Description

    ** What you will do in this role:** The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

    Qualifications

    Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA): officially we title this job a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide, but in other centers it may be called a PRSA, Mental or Behavioral Health Aide, Social Services Aide, Psychiatric Aide.

    What we need from you :

    • Ideally - prior experience as a PRSA in healthcare center preferred
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
    • CNA with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
    • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful
    • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check
