    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients
    • Diagnose and treat mental illnesses and disorders
    • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans. regularly assess and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and enhanced overall well-being.
    • Deliver and supervise effects of interventional treatments as appropriate including IV Ketamine.
    • Prescribe medication and monitor its effectiveness
    • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and therapists—to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible
    • In-depth knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities
    • Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to develop effective treatment plans
    • Proficient in conducting therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
    • Ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
