Psychiatrist (Consultant for Integrative Primary Care)

Join an Adult Psychiatry as an employed consultant.  Lead Psychiatrist supporting expanding behavior health practice.  Integrative model working collaborative with over 40+ Primary Care Physicians offering psychiatry consulting for established patients.  No direct patient panel.  Review charts and make recommendations on treatment plans.  Outpatient clinic, Mon-Friday, no weekends, no call.

Independent multi-specialty practice with 60+ providers within 9 outpatient clinics located in Central Florida. Comprehensive primary care and specialists dedicated to a patient-quality care model.   

Requirements:

• BE/BC Psychiatry
• Adult Psychiatry
• FL license or eligible

Compensation:

• Shareholder equity (after 2 years w/buy-in)
• Guaranteed base salary
• Productivity incentive (up to 10% of base)
