    Position Overview:
    Join a state-operated hospital in Indiana as a Psychologist, where you will lead psychological assessments, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and drive treatment planning for patients with complex mental health needs.     Qualifications:

    • Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program (required).
    • Licensure: Active Indiana Psychologist license (required).
    • Experience: Must have 2+ years of clinical experience in psychological testing and therapy.
    • Technical Skills: Expertise in psychological assessments; Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions; Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation standards
    • Soft Skills: Strong leadership for supervising clinicians and students; Excellent interpersonal skills for patient/family engagement; Collaborative approach to interdisciplinary teamwork

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer and interpret psychological assessments, including testing and written reports.
    • Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
    • Lead clinical treatment planning meetings and ensure patient participation in care decisions.
    • Develop and deliver psychoeducational programs for patient groups.
    • Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of all patient interactions.
    • Supervise master’s-level clinicians and practicum students.
    • Contribute to research initiatives and policy development impacting agency practices.
    • Recommend specialized evaluations and treatments aligned with therapeutic goals.
