Qualifications:
- Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program (required).
- Licensure: Active Indiana Psychologist license (required).
- Experience: Must have 2+ years of clinical experience in psychological testing and therapy.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in psychological assessments; Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions; Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation standards
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership for supervising clinicians and students; Excellent interpersonal skills for patient/family engagement; Collaborative approach to interdisciplinary teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments, including testing and written reports.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Lead clinical treatment planning meetings and ensure patient participation in care decisions.
- Develop and deliver psychoeducational programs for patient groups.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation of all patient interactions.
- Supervise master’s-level clinicians and practicum students.
- Contribute to research initiatives and policy development impacting agency practices.
- Recommend specialized evaluations and treatments aligned with therapeutic goals.
