    Position Overview
    Lead the psychology department at a state-operated hospital in Indiana as a Psychologist Manager, where you will shape the strategic direction of psychological services.     Qualifications

    • Education: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
    • Licensure: Active Indiana psychologist license.
    • Experience: 5+ years in clinical psychology, including 2+ years in leadership/management roles; hospital or public health experience preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Expertise in program evaluation, behavioral therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT), budget management, and research methodologies.
    • Soft Skills: Visionary leadership, strategic planning, collaboration, and ethical decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute short/long-term goals for the psychology department.
    • Design, coordinate, and evaluate specialized programs (e.g., behavior modification, substance abuse, outpatient services).
    • Oversee research initiatives and data-driven program improvements.
    • Advise administrators on budget allocation and policy development.
    • Supervise clinical training programs for graduate students and staff.
    • Provide expert recommendations to courts/authorities on case dispositions.
    • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and professional standards.
