We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the public image and working with established partners within our network to host on-site seminars. Bringing a book of business is a major plus that will result in higher compensation.

Duties:

Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's public image.

Maintain relationships with existing community partners.

Coordinate the presentation of seminars with both existing community partners and engage in outreach efforts to build a larger network

Facilitate educational workshops for our company to host and present at

Maintains registration records for all seminars.

Facilitate relationships with other professionals in the sector to develop referral partnerships.

Arriving early to seminars to set up, provide refreshments when necessary, and provide marketing collateral to attendees.

Hit a target number of seminars scheduled on the calendar per month/quarter.

Provide KPI reporting to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
