    Position Overview

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement PR and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, services, and initiatives.
    • Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and cultivating relationships with journalists and influencers.
    • Create and curate content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences.
    • Plan and execute events, promotional campaigns, and partnerships to boost brand recognition.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in PR, marketing, or a related role.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
