    The role is responsible for maximizing the revenue potential with the GMS team across Groupe agencies. The role will work cross functionally to unlock full revenue potential and work w leadership to align and execute the best GTM framework. In addition to revenue management, it will be critical for the role to also drive business that benefits Epsilon Digital media which aligns to our Wheel solutions enabled via 1st party data.

    Responsibilities

    • Have an in-depth knowledge of the Epsilon ecosystem and understanding of how to build out a go to market solution for our partner(s).
    • VP will use his/her understanding of the industry and the competitive landscape to develop strategies to achieve maximum partner revenue across the portfolio, accelerate its growth and respond to challenges
    • Support data integration and cross sell bundling efforts to ensure the GMS Agency team has right framework and can close deals successfully
    • Revenue management of Groupe DMS business-providing bi-weekly insight to key team leads and groups involved, flagging and highlighting trends that are either areas of growth or could impact business.
    • Manage new biz pipeline, pulse on progression on deals, help identify where sellers are stuck and need assistance and ensuring right process is being following for seamless launch and execution with DMS
    • Sets training goals and ensure that the GMS Agency team is aligned with Epsilon objectives for our Groupe business.
    • Outlines and executes on sales strategy for Growth team-ensuring growth in relatable case studies, bringing forth new and/or repackaged solutions that would resonate with client needs
    • Participate in any relevant account reviews to ensure that we are properly solutioning for top accounts.
    • Goes on sales calls and meetings to ensure that we have the right partner framework in the market.
    • Meet with GMS Agency Team on key accounts to understand challenges/opportunities and advise on how to accelerate/overcome- leveraging Epsilon resources and cross team knowledge.
    • Obtains, allocates and adjusts resources from Epsilon to achieve revenue and service goals tied to specific vertical, channel needs
    • VP will also need to develop relationships across Epsilon and Groupe, engaging in strategic discussions and collaborate on sales process.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experienced enterprise sales management professional with 10+ years experience managing client solutioning and relationships
    • Understanding of complex and lengthy business development cycles and how to create achievable milestones and deliver meticulous follow-up
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse and senior business stakeholders
    • Must be strategic, flexible, tenacious and results-oriented
    • Comprehensive knowledge ad technology: DMP, DSP, Data Onboarding, Device Matching, 3rd party ad-server, attribution vendors.
    • Orientation to managed services and desire to drive performance outcomes.

    Preferred Technical Understanding

    Understanding and general working knowledge of the following:

    • PII/CDI world
    • DMP, CDP and Marketing CloudsActivation platforms
    • RTB Systems
    • Sell-Side Platforms
    • Campaign management
    • Attribution
    • Device Graphs and matching logic
    • Walled gardens

    Requirements:

    • Diverse Client Management and Sales Experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience). Retail/e-commerce preferred
    • 10+ years of demonstrated consultative and solution-oriented Sales & Business Development Experience; strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Multi-disciplined marketer who is well-versed across channels; online, direct mail, catalog, newspaper
    • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communications strategy directly to those client objectives within display advertising
    • Self-motivated – Able to identify opportunities, sell new business, and close sales
    • Strong business and strategic planning acumen
    • Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
    • Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement
    • Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization
    • Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
    • Strong Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and CRM software (ie. Salesforce.com)
    • BA/BS with strong academic record
