DESCRIPTION:
The Manager, Products & Solutions role will support the Director of Products & Solutions with a focus on product strategy and developing solutions that support key industry trends, innovation and emerging programmatic channels. This includes collaboration on product vision with several cross-functional teams and multiple interdependent objectives. This role will require:
- Strategic Vision – must be able to understand the driving value of organizational initiatives, their applications at different Groupe levels and be able to communicate the requirements and significance to multiple audiences.
- Tactical Execution – ensure operational excellence through continuous refinement of best practices, tactics, and partners. Must be able to implement and maintain consistent and effective process.
- Branding & Communication – will foster strong relationships with Publicis Media agencies to increase adoption of products and solutions. Must also be able to communicate the tactile steps with supporting developers and the focus and strategy with the end client.
The ideal candidate will have extensive programmatic digital media planning and buying experience with very strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to make clear, concise presentations. Most importantly, they must possess a strong inner drive to redesign the digital media landscape, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and want to be a part of something truly unique that will have a lasting impact on the Publicis Groupe network of agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Group Management
- Understand organizational requirements and design a strategy to meet those needs
- Forecast future applications of a product strategy and ensure there is continuous value and return on investment
- Strong product capabilities to maintain multiple work streams, create accurate timelines and achieve all objectives
- Ability to implement and oversee a successful Go-to-Market strategy for any product releases
- Collaboration with all internal teams and management of all stakeholder requests
- Ability to lead and develop analyst and sr. analyst team members by assigning work and ensuring accuracy
Product Strategy
- Lead specific programmatic focused product development initiatives
- Stay abreast of emerging topics in the digital marketplace through industry trades and connections, including working with partners to gather insights
- Monitor competitors and the overall industry to ensure Publicis Media maintains competitive leadership
- Form project teams within agency contacts to identify needs and use cases for strategic objectives
- Establish project plans and partner with internal teams for development and implementation of all initiatives
- Continuously improve operational process
