Job Description

Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software. Define and implement migration strategy to move applications to cloud architecture. Build scalable production systems load balancers, memcached, master/slave architecture. Design and implement high availability and Disaster Recovery Strategies. Create and maintain Infrastructure as code to design, build and test cloud solutions. Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, DevOps best practices and compliance for application release and deployment. Collaborate with teams on advanced multi-cloud environment infrastructure for Compute, Storage, Network, Backups, DR and Monitoring. Lead and provide guidance to cross functional teams like application, platform, security, data, operations, infrastructure. Evaluate existing technology landscape and understand application workloads. Troubleshoot and provide production support for issues related to Middleware Application Server, Webserver, Database. Managing security organization and remote computing. Develop Shell/Python scripts and managing Linux/Windows Administration.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following: 1) Kubernetes; 2) AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud; 3) Docker; 4) Terraform; 5) Identity Access Management (SaaS,PaaS,IaaS); 6) Ansible/Chef; 7) Nagios/Splunk/Dynatrace; 8) Wily Introscope; 9) DNS; 10) Jenkins; 11) AKAMAI; 12) Apache /Windows IIS; 13) DB2/Oracle; 14) Remedy/Servicenow; 15) Linux/Windows/IBM AIX; 16) Shell/Python Scripting; 17) Websphere Commerce Server/ WebSphere Application Server/ Tomcat; 18) Memcached. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $90,000 - $175,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
