Job Description

Pugh Executive Search has partnered with a highly acquisitive B2B Services Corporation based in the Frisco/Plano area to identify a Corporate Controller. Over the past 3 years, this company has tripled in size with plans to continue that progress so we are looking for a experienced Controller that can help scale the Accounting and Finance function as needed. This is a new position created to bring greater internal controls, develop accounting and reporting efficiencies, and to hire and mentor a growing team, both local and remote.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in PE backed service companies of at least $200M where they have established a high functioning accounting team in a time of great transition. To be considered for this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• CPA
• Public Accounting+
• Served as a strategic partner to the CFO of a $100M, preferably PE Backed, organization
• 10+ years of hands-on GAAP Accounting; 6+ years supervising an accounting team
• Hired, Trained and Mentor Accounting teams both locally and Internationally
• Acquisition/Purchase accounting
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Workday ERP system is a huge advantage!
• Must be able to work at least 3-4 days/week in the local headquarters
