PULSE is a private marketing company that specializes in taking a direct approach for customer retention and client acquisition to generate new leads for our clients. THIS IS NOT A DIGITAL/SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING POSITION. YOU WILL BE CONDUCTING FACE-TO-FACE MARKETING.

We also focus on developing each employee on a day-to-day basis for those looking to excel in the field of marketing by utilizing a hands-on approach in professional development. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service to generate new leads for our clients.
• Effectively deliver product/services information to customers utilizing specialized marketing tactics to generate leads
• Record customer information to build customer acquisition
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Keep up-to-date with client information and product/services

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma Required
• College Diploma welcomed but not required
• 1 years Experience in marketing, customer service, or related field
• Positive Attitude and Great Professionalism
• Excellent Communication
• Able to work independently
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
• Strong phone handling skills and active listening
