As MARKETING SPECIALIST, you will be responsible for the planning marketing initiatives across the Cleveland Division including marketing strategy, budget, and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Establish marketing tasks and priorities.
· Monitor marketing performance against business objectives and adjust plans as needed. Be an effective steward of marketing budget.
· Analyze business problems and make thoughtful recommendations as it pertains to marketing strategies and tactics.
· Utilize your understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels and how to effectively message across a mix of media types.
· Execute at a high level consistently and with minimal oversight.
· Confidently present and interact with supervisor and peers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
· Ability to effectively prioritize, work well in high stress situations and under tight deadlines.
· Analytical thinking capability.
· Superior project management and people management skills.
· Ability to effectively use PulteGroup marketing systems as well as a base level understanding of paid media.
· Strong written and verbal communications skills.
· Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team or independently as required.
· Confidently presents and interacts with supervisor and peers.
· Minimum three years in a marketing support role.
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar.
· Homebuilding or real estate experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to work in continuous improvement, fast paced environment.
· Strong computer skills in both Word and Excel. Ability to learn new software. Adobe experience a plus.
· Ability to make correct independent decisions when appropriate, organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and problem solve.
