Job Description

We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain analysis, and vendor management. This role will provide exposure to purchasing operations, data analysis, and strategic sourcing while supporting the team in optimizing costs and improving efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing purchasing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics.
• Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier databases, and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply chain issues.
• Generate reports and presentations summarizing purchasing insights and recommendations.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
