We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to assist with managing the
procurement of medical equipment and supplies, office supplies, and cosmetic products for our multistate
dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a focus on efficient order
processing to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment across all locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
▪ Process purchase orders for medical equipment, supplies, office supplies, and cosmetic products.
▪ Navigate vendor websites to place orders, download reports, and research product information.
▪ Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
▪ Communicate clearly with vendors to expedite processing time and mitigate mistakes.
▪ Communicate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and resolve any order discrepancies.
▪ Assist with the maintenance of inventory item information and pricing within internal systems.
▪ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding purchasing and inventory management.
▪ Track and report on purchasing metrics, including order accuracy, delivery times, and cost efficiency.
▪ Assist with vendor account maintenance and new vendor applications.

· Ability multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain
management, or a related field is preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
