    Purpose: Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position provides support to the Vendor Operations Compliance Management role and also provides backup to the Logistics Specialist role.

    Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

    Assist in the following areas of responsibility:

    Order Fulfillment Troubleshooting

    International Logistics, Order Processing, and Paperwork

    Logistics and Vendor Management

    ERP Inventory Item Maintenance

    Process Documentation

    Backup for the Logistics Specialist as needed

    Following up with Suppliers

    Updating the Team about any delays or problems with suppliers

    Good understanding of purchasing and supply chain

    Essential Qualifications & Competencies:

    General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma with 3-4 years of related experience in shipping and receiving.

    High attention to detail.

    Forklift and other dock equipment experience.

    Efficient organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize workload.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with common carriers, vendors, and Company staff.

    Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

    Working knowledge of Company’s shipping and receiving policies and procedures.

    Familiarity with Company’s software applications for purchasing, inventory management, and order processing.

    Sufficient manual dexterity for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment.

    Ability to operate forklift safely and efficiently.

    Able to stand for extended time periods.

    Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds of material.

    Basic to intermediate computer skills
