    Job Description

    We seek team members adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

    • Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services across all brands, including BlenderBottle, Owala, Whiskware, Oath Nutrition, and Canoo.
    • Build relationships with suppliers and manufacturers through written and verbal communication to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence are met.
    • Manage, build, and maintain team and individual KPI standards. KPI metrics include on-time production and shipping performance, PO accuracy, cost accuracy, and the integrity of factory production schedules.
    • Grade vendor performance using quarterly scorecard metrics and analyze performance trends to recommend allocation changes.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best terms.
    • Manage raw materials and unfinished goods inventory and implement best practices to control healthy supply with minimal waste.
    • Oversee employee performance. Motivate & coach individuals, hold quarterly performance evaluations, and mentor the team to achieve high-performance standards.
    • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and implement improvements to streamline and strengthen current processes.
    • Build internal relationships, communicating with internal stakeholders to successfully launch new products into mass production.
    • Champion specific features of the ERP system, successfully setting up new processes for purchasing scalability.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

    • Communication: Displays excellent written & verbal communication skills, especially in negotiation.
    • Innovation: Prioritizes process improvements and implementing creative solutions for growth.
    • Organization: Enjoys structuring process workflows, keeping accurate records, and upholding SOP standards.
    • Discipline: Values routine and structure; takes pride in upholding team standards of accuracy and on-time production.
    • Integrity: Able to keep propriety information confidential.
    • Experienced in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and ERP systems.
    • 5+ years of Purchasing and Supply Chain experience preferred.
    • Minimum 2-year commitment preferred.
