CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CALL CENTER
POSITION
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring superior service delivery to customers by phone in a high-volume call center setting. Reps respond to incoming calls to start or change service; purchase phones or plans; assist with features, service or billing issues; and identify or maximize sales opportunities.
LOCATION
Covington, Georgia near I-20 and Alcovy Road. Remote - work at home potential* after training and successful audits.

TRAITS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional, clear and pleasant voice
Passion for delivering great customer service
Ability to identify and maximize sales opportunities
Solid problem solving, trouble shooting skills
Excellent PC/Technology skills
Accurately type 35 WPM or greater, capturing call detail
Ability to multi-task with detail and accuracy
Weekday/weekend/holiday availability from 8 AM to 11 PM
Team player with high school diploma or equivalent
Acceptable commute to Covington, GA
Ability to meet key metrics and targets
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Call center experience desirable
Wireless communications experience a plus
Tech support or porting experience desirable
Acceptable background and E-Verify work eligibility
