    Job Description

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CALL CENTER  

    POSITION  

    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring superior service delivery to customers by phone in a high-volume call center setting. Reps respond to incoming calls to start or change service; purchase phones or plans; assist with features, service or billing issues; and identify or maximize sales opportunities.  

    LOCATION  

    Covington, Georgia near I-20 and Alcovy Road.  Remote - work at home potential* after training and successful audits.

    TRAITS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED  

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  

    • Professional, clear and pleasant voice  

    • Passion for delivering great customer service  

    • Ability to identify and maximize sales opportunities  

    • Solid problem solving, trouble shooting skills  

    • Excellent PC/Technology skills  

    • Accurately type 35 WPM or greater, capturing call detail  

    • Ability to multi-task with detail and accuracy  

    • Weekday/weekend/holiday availability from 8 AM to 11 PM  

    • Team player with high school diploma or equivalent  

    • Acceptable commute to Covington, GA  

    • Ability to meet key metrics and targets  

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus  

    • Call center experience desirable  

    • Wireless communications experience a plus  

    • Tech support or porting experience desirable  

    • Acceptable background and E-Verify work eligibility
