Job Description

• Perform raw materials testing including ID testing, limit testing, pH, loss on drying, residue on ignition, and other methods and instruments based on need (80% time)
• Perform raw materials analytical testing utilizing HPLC and Empower software (20% time)
• Serve as an Empower software expert for Raw Materials while proactively building on existing knowledge and experience
• Identify issues, present complex problems with possible solutions, and work with project teams to resolve issues
• Comply with pertinent regulatory requirements
• Participate in required training activities
• Schedule daily tasks in an organized and efficient manner

Interact with customers and functional project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years' experience or Master's degree with 2-4 years' experience in manufacturing, quality, or raw materials

• Independence in operating and troubleshooting HPLC and Empower software

• Ability to efficiently and independently provide critical thinking for method troubleshooting

• Proactive team player with skills in planning and prioritization to meet project timelines

• Desire to ensure correctness and accuracy in tasks and documentation

• Experience in a GMP environment

• Experience with electronic laboratory management systems (such as LIMS)

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
