Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented analyst to perform raw materials testing using various analytical methods, including HPLC and Empower software. This role involves troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues while maintaining an organized workflow. Responsibilities could include:

• Perform raw materials testing including ID testing, limit testing, pH, loss on drying, residue on ignition, and other methods and instruments based on need (80% time)
• Perform raw materials analytical testing utilizing HPLC and Empower software (20% time)
• Serve as an Empower Software Expert for Raw Materials while proactively building on existing knowledge and experience
• Identify issues, present complex problems with possible solutions, and work with project teams to resolve issues
• Comply with pertinent regulatory requirements
• Participate in required training activities
• Scheduling daily tasks in an organized and efficient manner
• Interact with customers and functional project teams

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate will Have:

• Desire to ensure correctness and accuracy in tasks and documentation
• Proactive team player mentality with skills in planning and prioritization to meet project timelines
• Experience with electronic laboratory management systems (such as LIMS)

Minimum Qualificaitons:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years experience or Master's degree with 2-4 years experience in manufacturing, quality, or raw materials
• Independence in operating and troubleshooting HPLC and Empower software
• Experience in a GMP environment
• Ability to efficiently and independently provide critical thinking for method troubleshooting
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Details:

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover, Massachusettes, and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
