QHSE Supervisor / Lead – Offshore & Subsea Equipment & Services

Overview:

We are recruiting for a QHSE Supervisor / Lead for a well-established company in Houston’s Energy Corridor, specializing in offshore and subsea equipment, project execution, rentals, and services. This role is critical in driving safety, compliance, and quality initiatives while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct QHSE training, mentoring employees, and fostering a proactive safety culture.
• Lead internal and external audits, manage non-conformance reports, and ensure timely incident investigations and resolutions.
• Monitor vendor quality and HSE performance, ensuring corrective actions are effective.
• Maintain export compliance records and ensure accurate documentation control.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in QHSE as Specialisty / Lead - within offshore / subsea oil and gas industry
• Proven experience in QHSE leadership within the offshore/subsea industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry best practices, and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to safety and compliance.
