ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly Part Time Remote Call Center Agent.

BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH

JOB DUTIES

• Answering phone calls and assisting patients/physicians needs
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Taking messages
• Assisting the office manager and physician as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• NextGen/EMR experience is a plus
• Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work as a team

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PART TIMERS THAT CAN WORK EITHER OF THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE:

Wednesday: 8am - 4:30pm - MST

Thursday: 8am -4:30pm - MST

Friday: 8am - 2:30pm - MST

option to add 4 additional hours Mon -Saturday if interested

SALARY = $17/HR (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
