GROWING company seeking EXPERIENCED Talent Acquisition Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This is a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding healthcare organization based in Dallas and be engaged in all aspects of sourcing and hiring physical, occupational and speech therapists (PT-OT-SLP) for existing employment opportunities with our clients throughout multiple states. This position will be remote or virtually based. MUST HAVE BACKGROUND IN TALENT ACQUISITON, IDEALLY HEALTHCARE. Previous experience in recruitment of therapists noted above is highly preferred. Position is remote based with initial training/orientation and annual meeting at Dallas Corporate office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/college therapy programs/social media, in addition to email and direct mail campaigns, etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using database, cold calls and referral methods within a competitive job market sector
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications, having prompt follow up with applicants
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Search and review of applicable resume databases
- Responsible for dispersing and tracking all initial hire paperwork while reviewing accuracy/completeness before processing
- Prepare employment letters and follow up with any missing paperwork for compliance
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Maintain accurate and updated employee, PRN and on-boarding lists
- Discretion in dealing with sensitive information
- Must be comfortable making phone calls to potential candidates
- Maintain recruiting database with updates and addition of information as needed
- Extremely organized with capacity to work independently, and as part of a team with ongoing frequent communication regarding updates and progress
- Position will also provide variety of administrative functions in support of recruitment cycle
REQUIREMENTS:
- Providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruitment cycle and new hire process is imperative; excellent follow up is essential
- Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite of software – must have proficiency in using Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and ability to adapt and learn additional programs
- Multi-tasking with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment is a MUST; take ownership of position and responsibilities
- Previous recruitment experience is necessary
- Should have stable work history with longevity in employ
- Must be available to work as needed, could include additional hours during busy onboarding projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional and friendly demeanor; outgoing personality is a must!
