    JOB SUMMARY The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing the HR systems, creating customized reports and completing various internal audits to support changes in organizational structure and new HR initiatives to ensure compliance. This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, IT & Administrative teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors. This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs. EXPERIENCE WITH ULTIMATE SOFTWARE AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE REPORTING IS A REQUIRED SKILL! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as primary contact of HR data and systems for internal stakeholders, including HR, Benefit and Payroll teams, along with HRIS vendors

    • Assist in developing Ultimate Kronos HCM, including workflow automation and Employee and Manager Self Service

    • Extract and analyze data across HR systems and reconcile variations

    • Partner with HR teams to ensure the effective use of systems, integrations and workflows in relation to HR processes

    • Maintain system configurations and reporting designs

    • Regularly audit and update data tables

    • Create analytical reports for internal auditing and to drive business decisions

    • Assist in managing benefit plans including, health, dental, vision, life and 403b

    • Coordinate multiple payroll and vendor interfaces

    • Create end-user documentation for HR teams, managers and employees

    • Provide software support for end-users

    QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • 2-4 years’ experience with HR systems analysis and configurations

    • 2+ YEARS OF ULTIMATE KRONOS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

    • Previous system implementation experience, preferably with UltiPro, in the areas of: Core HR & Payroll, Benefits & Leave Administration, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruitment & On-boarding, Performance Management, Reporting and Analytics

    • Experience with planning, leading and performing change management, communications, and training activities

    • Strong analytical aptitude is a must

    • Ability to troubleshoot, multi-task and meet deadlines is required

    • Proficient in utilizing business software applications including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Experience with Databases is highly preferred

    • Experience with data entry, auditing and reporting required

    • Experience with HRIS/time keeping/payroll software required

    • Excellentorganizational and analyticskills

    • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations, disciplines

    • Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
