    Job Description

    Eataly is seeking a QSR Operations Intern for Summer 2025 to work with and learn from Eataly’s QSR Operations Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian!

    Under the supervision of the Manager of QSR Operations, the intern will:

    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of item details in Catapult, including product names, descriptions, prices, and allergen information.
    • Manage incoming requests from stores for new and updated product tags, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
    • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date master file containing product, pricing, and promotional data.
    • Conduct data cleanup in Catapult to ensure consistency and accuracy.
    • Ensure ingredient costs, nutritional data, and supplier details are accurately reflected in Adaco for cost management and reporting.
    • Assist in tracking cost fluctuations and identifying trends that impact profitability.
    • Research and compile data to support new café concepts and menu innovations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze feasibility, operational impact, and customer appeal.
    • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

    This internship runs from June – August. The internship is onsite at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The intern will be scheduled per week, Monday – Thursday from approximately 9 am – 6 pm. Internships at Eataly are paid an hourly rate. Housing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the intern.

    • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Passion for food and beverage industry

    The compensation for this role is $16.50 per hour
