    Our team is currently on the look-out for a dynamic Sales Support Rep to provide administrative and research assistance to the new e-Commerce division where we make and distribute exceptional teas and botanical products produced in our manufacturing facility located in Cerritos, CA, This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that will require a proactive, enthusiastic work style and a respectful but tenacious ability to close out issues and partner with us to launch and manage our e-Commerce business.

    SOME OF YOUR KEY FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

    · Researching and reconciling financial and accounting issues, like deductions and credits for our major accounts

    · Validating and processing check requests, credits, refunds or adjustments from major retail accounts

    · Working on our aging report and striving to keep the 30, 60 and 90 days past due deductions to a minimum

    · Organizing data and other information for internal reports

    · This position requires a lot of work with numbers.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:

    · Background in accounts receivable and or basic understanding of accounting fundamentals

    · Experience with handling critical financial information

    · Strong researching, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as ability to research & calculate product sold by units, pallets, truckloads in very large quantities and reconciling invoices/orders involving million-dollar accounts.

    · Computer savvy with intermediate or higher Excel skills

    · Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

    · Working with large accounts

    · Must be a strong team player and be able to effectively & respectfully collaborate with multiple coworkers and departments as well as outside vendors, clients and brokers.

    · Must possess exceptional, concise communication skills, verbally and in writing.

    · A_bility to work with a sense of urgency, but also high accuracy and attention to detail_

    · Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize with diligent follow up practices

    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Good organizational skills
    • Excellent time-management
    • Research and reconciliation skills, familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
