We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Store Deliveries Division to coordinate the supply chain between the port, the airport, our warehouse, and customer stores in the western region of the U.S. This is a full-time position with hours being, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3pm-1:30am.

Some additional hours may be required based on volume.

RESPONSIBILITIES: · Coordinate schedules with drivers and support staff · Coordinate with Operations Staff in the warehouse · Coordinate with Trucking Division · Constant communication with customers · Understanding customer’s needs and keeping them informed of progress · Tracking projects and billing · Monthly review of financial performance · Collaborate on developing strategic plans for improvement · Assist with occasional warehouse duties such as loading box trucks and scanning cartons from pallets. · Enforce company rules and policies to box truck drivers, helpers, and warehouse associates.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Proficient with Excel · Forklift experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: · 1-2 years experience in a related industry · Experience dispatching a plus
