    We are currently seeking to hire experienced Fiber-To-The-X Sales Representatives throughout Florida. QXC is based in Boca Raton, but the Target Market openings are in Miami/Ft Lauderdale, Space Coast/Orlando/Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Naples/Ft Myers.

    We are seeking experienced Telecom Sales personnel who currently live in and know these Target Markets (Commercial & Residential).

    You will be responsible for overseeing and developing your assigned Target Market (Commercial/Business, MDU Bulk Residential, and Retail Residential) to drive company revenue.

    Responsibilities:

    • Fully, professionally, and efficiently execute your responsibilities and assignments.
    • Plan your work. Work your plan.
    • Use provided tools (CRM, email/calendar, marketing collateral, etc), policies, assets, etc.
    • Be prepared and sufficiently self-sufficient regarding using productivity tools (MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google - Sheets, Slides, Docs) for opportunity analysis, proposal preparation, presentation, and ongoing correspondence.
    • Communicate results, losses, status, plans, etc. in weekly Sales Team meetings.
    • Learn competitor products, services, pricing, proposals, strengths, weaknesses, market areas, etc.
    • Work with team members to identify, approach, and engage prospective customers.
    • Diligently work the process from the initial meeting to contract execution (aka “getting ink”).
    • Promote company growth, profitability, and goodwill with customers, coworkers, suppliers/sub-contractors/vendors and foster a positive company reputation and image.
    • Support overall Company initiatives and assist coworkers in achieving their goals - team player.
    • This is an individual contributor role. Employee is expected to be able to plan, execute, and communicate effectively up, down, and across the Company, with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
    • Identify and pursue potential prospects in assigned Target Markets.
    • Develop Target Market Sales Plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
    • This role allows the Employee to work from home (Company's discretion). Otherwise, Employee should plan to work from a company-provided workspace during business hours if not at a customer site or on approved business travel.
    • Perform such other duties as may be requested from time to time by the CRO or CEO.
    • Results Bonus (aka Commission) plan is not capped and is the most generous in the industry!

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in relationship/service sales, preferably in FTTX, or a related field.
    • Valid driver’s license and a reliable & acceptable vehicle to commute to work.
    • Must have an acceptable and safe driving record.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
    • Able to interact with all levels of the organization.
    • Able to multitask.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients.
